A week of great roads, good company and everything organised.
Mallorca Cycling Holiday 2027
Mallorca has earned its reputation as one of Europe's best places to ride a road bike. But there's much more to the island than the famous climbs and busy cycling routes in the north.
We base ourselves in Portals Nous, giving us easy access to the quieter southern end of the Tramuntana mountains, beautiful coastal roads and some of our favourite places to stop for coffee.
We've organised the riding, hotel, transfers, bike hire and meals. You can concentrate on enjoying your week, meeting fellow cyclists and deciding what to order at the next café.
7 nights | Guided riding | 4-star hotel | Bike hire included | Maximum 16 guests
£1,595 per person
Next departure: 6–13 March 2027

Riding, the quieter side of Mallorca
One of the reasons we love staying in the south-west of Mallorca is the riding.
The MA-10 coastal road between Port d'Andratx and Valldemossa is a particular favourite. It winds along the mountainside with spectacular views across the Mediterranean. For many of our guests, riding this stretch for the first time is one of the highlights of the holiday.
We'll also explore the Tramuntana mountains, quieter inland roads, pretty villages and the coastline around Port d'Andratx.
Our routes are generally between 70 and 110 kilometres, with around 600–1,100 metres of climbing, depending on the day.
We ride in groups to suit different abilities, with the pace decided around the people riding that day. Our guides know the routes, and we also provide GPX files.
You don't need to be a racing cyclist. You do need to be comfortable spending a few hours in the saddle and riding the advertised distances.

Hotel and Relaxation
We stay in a four-star hotel in Portals Nous, close to the coast and well placed for our daily rides.
It's a comfortable base for cyclists and non-cycling downtime alike, with plenty of facilities to enjoy when you're off the bike.
The hotel offers:
- Indoor and outdoor swimming pools
- Full spa with treatments available
- Gym
- Yoga and Pilates sessions
- Outdoor hammocks and Balinese beds
- Dedicated secure bike storage
- Twin, double and single-occupancy room options
Breakfast and dinner are included every day. We'll eat at the hotel on five evenings and head out to local restaurants on the other two.
We like the social side of a cycling holiday, so most evenings we'll meet for a drink before dinner and eat together. Afterwards, some people head to a local bar, others enjoy a walk or a quiet drink at the hotel.
There's no expectation to join in with everything. It's your holiday.

A day off the bike? entirely up to you.
We include a rest day during the week, with the option to explore Palma or visit Port de Sóller using the island's traditional train and tram.
You might fancy a wander around the shops, a long lunch or simply an afternoon by the pool.
And if you'd rather keep riding, we'll cater for that too.
